With an offer of high quality domestic products, including wines and andalusian dishes, Bodega La Andaluza is getting ready for its national expansion. It has presence in different provinces of Andalusia with five establishments, 2005 will be the year of its development outside of Andalusia, with the launch of new franchises in Madrid, Cataluņa and Zaragoza. Among the innovations, it is studying the incorporation Flamenco stages.
Although it was created in 1987 under the name of Bodega La Pitarra, it is not until 2002 that Bodega La Andaluza starts its expansion based on the Franchise system. At present time, the Franchise network has achieved that "customers feel in a traditional establishment of the nineteenth century, but with the comforts and advances of the twenty-first century."
The franchise highlights that it is an attractive business for all types of consumers, both domestic and foreign, and that, far from topical, offers a real image that evokes the culture of southern Spain and authentic flavours ever. The interest expressed in this business model goes beyond even national boundaries, so much that foreign entrepreneurs have already requested information on the Company.
