The franchise chain, Bodega La Andaluza dedicated to the traditional cuisine of "tapas", due to successful restaurants already open, has opened a new establishment in Madrid, the most important city for investment in the country.

The new franchise is located at Calle Antonio Lopez No. 237, an area well known for having a great urban development. The establishment remains opened throughout the day, for breakfast, tapas, lunch, dinner with friends and have drinks. This Bodega is the ninth establishment opened by the Franchise chain in the Iberian peninsula.

 Bodega La Andaluza, a business concept based on domestic products of high quality, is well known for its wine list and the authentic flavour of the Andalusian cuisine. It is an attractive business for all types of consumers, both domestic and foreign, because it offers a traditional image beyond cliches, which evokes the culture of southern Spain.
