The Franchise network specialized in authentic cuisine of "tapas", Bodega La Andaluza, will open next March 1 its first establishment in Galicia following the successful openings of several establishments in other autonomous communities.
This new restaurant opening, the second this year, is a challenge for the franchise chain because it has to transfer all the flavour of the andalusian cuisine to Galicia, relying on the authentic and traditional dishes such as tapas and rations for sharing at the best price.
