The Franchise network specialized in authentic cuisine of "tapas", Bodega La Andaluza, will open next March 1 its first establishment in Galicia following the successful openings of several establishments in other autonomous communities.
 
  This new restaurant opening, the second this year, is a challenge for the franchise chain because it has to transfer all the flavour of the andalusian cuisine to Galicia, relying on the authentic and traditional dishes such as tapas and rations for sharing at the best price.

This opening demonstrates, once again, the consolidation of this franchise chain that continues with the process of national expansion based on a business model supported by a brand and a product clearly different from the rest of competitors in the market which will make it grow in the market rapidly.

The good results achieved by the franchise in its restaurants is because its most important features are the domestic products of high quality and its wine list, elements that distinguish Bodega La Andaluza from the rest of competitors.
