Bodega La Andaluza, the franchise restaurant network specialised in traditional andalusian cuisine, has  started a new  phase of its restaurant in the Alcala street, the most taurine restaurant of its chain because of its proximity to the bullring of  Ventas in Madrid. The opening ceremony of this new phase held at the restaurant was a real party with  large number of public.

During the opening event, which included a great Flamenco performance, the guest were able to enjoy a food tasting of the best Bodega La Andaluza recipes. The typical recipes from the South of Spain that the franchise network offers, are made with products of the highest quality and cooked in a traditional way: "salmorejo cordobés", "pescaíto frito" (fried fish), ox tail,  rabbit with garlic, cheese and andalusian stews and the best Iberian products  from Jabugo like Iberian ham, Iberian sirloin, and so on.  All served with the finest wine in the country.

The multifranchisee and responsible for the new restaurant, Inocente Javier González Fernández, assisted to the opening event accompanied by several members of the Bodega management team as well as representatives of various professional groups and media. The Franchise Head Office took the opportunity to wish the franchisee the best luck in this common project, as he owns another Bodega located at Antonio López street also in Madrid.

This event, opens up a new phase of success, exploiting the growth experienced by the franchise in the Spanish capital. In fact, the company has planned a number of openings in Madrid for the next 3 months. That success is based on a strong business concept that offers top quality products, a large range of wine and an excellent service.

The franchise network Bodega La Andaluza continues its national expansion process started in 2003, based on a business model supported by a strong brand image and an a product distinct from the rest of competitors in the market.
