The Franchise network, Bodega La Andaluza, consolidates in the Spanish
Capital with 86% of billing volume, more than the
percentage obtained in 2006 and it expects to close this year
triplicating the last one.
The Spanish restaurant and tapas bar chain, Bodega La Andaluza, based
on traditional food from Andalusia continues growing successfully in
Spain, specially in Madrid, where customers greatly appreciate the
gastronomy offer of this Franchise chain.
This is the conclusion based on the economic results from the period
between January and September this year. The Franchise billing has
reached, only in Madrid, 1,5 millons Euros, which means an increment
of 86,3% respect to the last year.
The new franchise openings carried out in the course of 2007 has
contributed to this progress as well as the consolidation of the
restaurants opened in 2006 which have reached record quantities of
customers per establishment.
"We are very proud of how customers in Madrid have responded to our
offer. We calculate that around 230.000 people have visited our
Bodegas in the Capital and have enjoyed the authentic andalusian
cuisine of all times. We are convinced that this growth trend will
continue and these successful results will be repeated in other
communities where we have no presence yet".
With this results, Bodega La Andaluza hopes to close this year,
surpassing only in Madrid, three times more the amount obtained last
year and incrementing the national Franchise billing in 55.8%.
As response to the great interest created by the Franchise in Madrid,
Bodega La Andaluza expects to open more establishments at the
beginning of next year.
