Squid omelette

Ingredients

400 gr. of squids. 8 pieces of garlic. 4 green asparagus. 16 pine nut (peeled). 12 raisins. 8 eggs. Olive oil. Salt.

Preparation

Leave the raisins into water for 3 hours. Peel of the asparagus and the garlic, chopping them into pieces. Clean the squids. Cut in small pieces. Fry the squids in a saucepan with some oil for about 5 minutes. Add some salt. In another saucepan, brown the asparagus and the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the pine nuts and keep cooking. In another saucepan, put the squids, the asparagus, the garlic, the pine nuts and the raisins. Stir it well. Add the eggs at the end, and mix all the ingredients.
