Cut the onion; chop the carrot and the celery, add the oil and cook them, stirring frequently.
Smash the tomatoes with a fork, adding the vegetables. Cook it for 4 minutes and then add the fish. Put some salt and cook it for 8 minutes, turning the slices of tuna fish once. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, add the bay leafs, the wine, a glass of olive oil and ½ glass of water. Leave it rest for one minute.
