Beef steak
Ingredients
1 beef steak. 4 big onions. A piece of green pepper. 2 pieces of garlic. 1 piece of lemon rind. White wine. 1 bay leave. Olive oil. Flour.
Preparation
Roll the beef into flour and cook lightly into olive oil. Take it out of the pan and in the same oil, fry the onions. Toss in oil for a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. Put the beef and cook it for 25 minutes, approx. (in a pressure cooker). Once it is cooked, cut the beef steak into slices and strain off the sauce (don’t forget to take out the bay leaf). It tastes better the next day you cook it. It is a wonderful recipe to share with some friends.
