Brownies with vanilla ice-cream


One piece of Nestlé chocolate (brown paper), 120 gr. Chocolate for brownies and the rest for a chocolate sauce, 220 two balls of vanilla ice-cream, topped with chocolate sauce. Butter, 4 eggs, 220 gr. Sugar, 70 gr. Flour, nuts and ice-cream to accompany.


Melt the chocolate and the butter in a casserole, and then cool. The butter can be softened in a microwave oven .Apart mix the eggs and the sugar and the flour, manually or with a mixer. Chop the nuts which are added at a later stage. The quantity and the coarseness are your choice. Mix the chocolate/butter (lukewarm) and the egg-mixture well. Grease a mould with high brims wit butter, and fill with the prepared dough. Bake in oven at 180 ºC. for 30 minutes. Depending on the oven the time can vary, but the consistency of the cake can be tested with the point of a knife or something similar. If it comes out clean and dry the cake is ready. Cool it and serve with chocolate sauce. This is prepared by melting the rest of the chocolate tablet with 5 spoons milk, in order not to be too heavy. In accordance with your taste a bit of chocolate sauce can be added to the brownie and or the nuts. These are also used for decoration.
