6 eggs, 100 gr. Sugar, 200 gr. Chocolate, 300 gr. Butter, 600 gr. Sponge cake, 1 cup rum, 2 cups express coffee.
To get the best results from this recipe, whip the egg yolks wit sugar and butter. Once whipped add the chocolate diluted with a little milk in a water bath until softened. Add the egg whites beaten until solid. Cover the bottom of a mould with the cake moistened with the coffee and the rum, cover with the chocolate paste and finish off with another layer of the cake. Place in the fridge for 24 hours, remove from the mould and enjoy this delicious sweet.
