Fish casserole

Ingredients

A bream of about 3 kg. 1 kg. of red tomatoes. 2 or 3 big onions. 3 or 4 green peppers. 1 lemon. Black pepper. Olive oil. Salt. 3 or 4 potatoes.

Preparation

This is an easy recipe. First, clean and take out the scales. Make a couple of cuts in the back of the bream. Place under the fish the vegetables cut in pieces and over them, put the bream. Cut the lemon into slices and put it in the cuts. Add the pepper and the olive oil, and some salt. Put it into the oven, 180º, until the fish is tender and the vegetables are cooked (45-50 minutes).
