Fish cooked in the oven
(For 4 people)
2 fishes (bream or similar). 2 tomatoes. 5 pieces of garlic. Olive oil. Salt. Chopped parsley.
Clean the fishes and take out the backs. Do not take out the skin. Cover the oven plate with aluminium paper. Add some oil and put the fishes in the plate. Put salt over each piece of fish and extend it. When the fishes are cooked, take them out of the oven and peel them carefully. Clean the tomatoes and cut them into slices and fry them. Put them in the same plate than the fishes. Fry the chopped garlic, add chilli peppers. Pour it over the fishes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
