Grilled artichoke with ham
1 kg. of artichokes. 1 lemon. Salt. Olive oil. Iberian ham.
Clean the artichokes, taking the hard leaves out. Cut them in middles and put them into water, to avoid the dark colour. If the artichokes are tender, put directly into the grill with some oil. If they are big, cook them first for a while, until they are tender. Add some salt. Cover the artichokes with the Iberian ham.
