Ham, shrimps and garlic omelette
2 eggs. 25 gr. of shrimps. 10 gr. of tender garlic. 30 gr. of Iberian ham. Olive oil. Salt.
Clean the tender garlic and chop them up. In a saucepan, put some oil and sauté the garlic. Add salt and pepper. When the garlic is almost done, add the shrimps and the ham. Mix the eggs (but not too much). Add some salt, and put it into the saucepan. Mix all the ingredients, and serve.
