Iberian pork steak
135 gr. of potatoes, 135 gr. of varied vegetables: carrot, peas, green beans, mushrooms, artichoke. Olive oil. Garlic. Salt.
Place the steak in a plate and season it carefully. Clean the vegetables and the potatoes. Put the steak into the grill with some oil in both sides, and turn it around frequently.
At the same time, put the vegetables into a pan, sauté them with a little bit of salt and chopped garlic. Fry the potatoes. The presentation should be done in a flat plate with the steak in the middle.
