Lamb in Seville Style
1 kg. of chopped lamb. 300 gr. of mushrooms. 8 pieces of garlic. 3 glasses of Sherry. 1 glass of white wine. Chopped parsley. Olive oil. Water and salt.
In a pan with olive oil and 3 pieces of sliced garlic, sauté the lamb. Brown it and add the Sherry and a bit of water and let it cook for 20 minutes. In a pot with oil, brown 5 pieces of chopped garlic. Add the mushrooms, cook it for a few minutes and then add the white wine and the salt. Cook it for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
