Mushroom omelette


Mushrooms. 2 pieces of garlic. Chopped parsley. Chopped Iberian ham or bacon. Olive oil. Salt. Pepper.


Clean the mushrooms very well, taking all the soil off. Chop them up. Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces. Fry the garlic and the onion into a saucepan until they are transparent, add the ham and mix. Add the mushrooms, cooking them for 10 minutes. Add some flour, milk, salt and pepper. Leave it cook until it is thick. Mix the eggs, add the mushrooms and stir it until the eggs are done.
