1 kg. of potatoes. 1 white onion. 2 boiled eggs. 2 tuna fish cans. ½ of glass of olive oil. Vinegar. Olives. Parsley. Salt.
Cook the potatoes and the eggs. Peel them of and cool them into the fridge. Then, cut them into slices. In a bowl, put chopped onion and parsley, add olive oil, vinegar and salt, and mix them with the potatoes and the eggs. Add the tuna fish, the olives and mix all the ingredients.
