Sirloin steak roll


285 gr. of sirloin steak. 55 gr. of potatoes. 20 gr. of bacon. Pepper. Chopped garlic.


Prepare the meat. Wet the meat with olive oil. Season it. Add a pinch of pepper and chopped garlic. Introduce the meat into the oven 20 minutes; 15 minutes at a temperature of 130º, and 5 minutes at a temperature of 90º. Once the meat is done, take it out of the oven and roll it with sliced bacon. Before it is ready, put it into the microwave for 1 minute, maximum power. At the same time, fry the potatoes.
