Sirloin steak with Cabrales cheese


Sirloin steak. 115 gr. of potatoes. 135 gr. of varied vegetables: carrots, peas, green beans, mushrooms, artichokes…Garlic. Salt. Olive oil. 25 gr. of Cabrales cheese.


Season the sirloin steak. Cook it in a grill with a pinch of olive oil, turn it around frequently. At the same time, put the vegetables into a saucepan, and fry it with a bit of salt and chopped garlic. Warm the cheese into a saucepan and when it is melted, add it over the steak. You can also fry some potatoes to accompany the steak.
