½ kg mascarpone cheese, cake, strong coffee (express), 1 spoon sugar for each egg, 4 eggs, cacao powder


Mix the cheese, the sugar and the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites until firm and consistent. Mix the two preparations. Prepare coffee and moisten the cakes. Place these on a plate in one layer and on top half of the prepared creamy mixture; continue with another layer of cakes, and finish off with the rest of the creamy mixture. Finally cover with cacao powder and put it into the fridge. Best to consume after 24 hours, as it will be more consistent. Be careful with this sweet in summertime, because the cheese spoils quickly in the heat.
