Tuna Fish with tomato sauce
1 kg. of tuna fish. 1/ glass of olive oil. 2 onions. 1 kg. of tomatoes. 1 piece of garlic. Parsley. Salt.
Cut the tuna fish in small pieces. Peel the onion and the garlic and chop them up. Put the tomatoes into hot water, take out the skin and cut them. In a saucepan, put some olive oil and when it is hot, put the onion and the garlic. Brown them a little, and add the tuna fish. After 10 minutes, add the tomatoes and the parsley, add some salt and cover it, cooking it until it is done.
